BigFli keeps a film or commercial crew's call times, flights, and lodging in one place, and tells everyone the moment any of it changes. Crew use it free; coordinators build the production book.

There is no sign-up and no password. Your coordinator adds you to the shoot and BigFli emails you a link. Tap it on your iPhone and you're in.
If tapping the link doesn't open the app, install BigFli from the App Store first, then open it, tap Get Started, and type the six-digit code printed in that same email. Codes work once and expire after two weeks — if yours has expired, ask your coordinator to send a new invitation.
Only your coordinator can add you to a production, using the email address they already have for you. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder, then ask them to re-send it to the address you actually read.
BigFli shows what your coordinator has published. If something is out of date, tell them — once they publish again, your phone updates on its own. Flight status comes from live airline data and can change without warning.
Alerts are how BigFli tells you about a gate change or a moved call time before it is announced. If they are not arriving, check iOS Settings → Notifications → BigFli and make sure they are allowed.
Workspaces are created in BigFli for Mac. On iPhone or iPad, choose I'm a Coordinator and sign in with the same Apple ID to connect the device to a workspace you already have.
Crew can sign out at any time from the productions list. Coordinators can erase workspace data in Settings → Danger Zone, and Delete Account permanently removes the Sign in with Apple identity from BigFli's servers along with local BigFli data. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
BigFli requires iOS 18 or later on iPhone and iPad.
