BigFli Privacy Policy

BigFli is a production-travel coordination app for film and commercial crews. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

Who we are

Cre8vPlanet Studios, LLC (“we”) operates BigFli on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Contact: info@bigfli.com

Data we collect

• Coordinator account — Sign in with Apple identity (Apple user ID), optional name and email Apple provides, and a workspace ID.
• Production & crew data — Names, roles, contact details, flights, lodging, call sheets, expenses, and messages you enter or publish for a production.
• Crew access — Invite codes, email addresses used for invitations, and session tokens so crew can read their published schedule.
• Device & notifications — Push notification tokens so we can deliver flight and production alerts you enable.
• Location (optional) — On-device location to show local weather via Apple WeatherKit. We do not sell location data.
• Photos (optional) — Crew profile photos and location reference images you choose to add.

How we use data

Data is used only to run BigFli: sync your workspace, publish call sheets to invited crew, send emails and broadcasts you initiate, look up live flight status, and show weather. We do not sell personal data. We do not use data for cross-app tracking or advertising.

Where data lives

• On your devices (SwiftData).
• In your private iCloud / CloudKit container when sync is enabled.
• On BigFli’s cloud gateway (hosted infrastructure) for crew publishes, invitations, messages, and coordinator sessions.

Sharing

Crew only see fields you publish for a production (allowlisted call-sheet style data). We use subprocessors strictly to operate the service (for example hosting, email delivery, and flight data providers). We do not share your production roster with advertisers.

Retention & deletion

You can erase workspace data in BigFli Settings (Danger Zone). Coordinators can use Delete Account to permanently remove their Sign in with Apple coordinator identity and workspace from BigFli’s servers, and to erase local / iCloud BigFli data on devices you control. After deleting your BigFli account, also stop using Apple ID with BigFli in Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, if you want Apple to drop the app association.

Children

BigFli is built for professional production workflows and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
